How do I book a service?

Services must be booked online through our website to ensure proper payment processing.

Is there a charge for the 1st visit?

We accept valid credit cards only. We do not accept cash or checks.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 day prior to your scheduled visit.

What happens if my lawn is overgrown?

Yes, a $1.00 charge is applied during your first visit to capture and securely store your payment details, credited toward your first completed service.

If your lawn exceeds 6 inches in height during your first visit, we may evaluate and adjust pricing or decline service. Additional fees may apply.

Do you provide a guarantee for your services?

We strive for complete client satisfaction, and although services aren't explicitly guaranteed, we will address any concerns you may have.

What is not included in the base rate?

Our base rate does not cover bagging, leaf cleanup, tree/bush trimming, or any chemical treatments, among others.

How do you handle delays?

We will communicate any delays due to weather, traffic, or other factors and reschedule your appointment accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time and cancel visits with 1 day’s notice. During winter, you can pause or skip visits without a penalty.

How do you store my payment information?

Your payment information is securely stored with our payment processor and is never shared with anyone else.

What should I do if I experience damage during a visit?

We recommend securing all valuable items prior to our arrival. Any damages reported can be emailed to support@mowx.net for evaluation.

What happens if I don’t pay for services rendered?

If payment is not received, your account may be put on hold, and fees may apply. After 6 months of unpaid debt, your account may be banned and referred to collections.

Do you provide quotes for services?

A quote may be required for certain services. Please inquire through our website or contact us for details.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
